It dive shop ocean universal used to trade as Spearfishing Superstore. They changed the name because the product range grew beyond spearfishing alone. Spearfishing is still a major part of what they sell, but the shop now also has scuba regulators, BCDs, dive computers, freediving fins, wetsuits, stinger suits, masks, and snorkelling equipment.

The staff have been around for 25-odd years. They pick for warm water use, so it actually works on the Great Barrier Reef and Cairns dive sites.
